Refunds

Seven days, no questions, no forms. If the export did not do what you needed, email us and you get your money back.

How

Email hello@blueskycarconverter.com from the address you bought with, within 7 days. Say "refund". You do not have to explain, though if something was broken we would genuinely like to know so we can fix it.

Refunds are issued through Polar to the original payment method and typically appear within a few business days depending on your bank.

After 7 days

Still email us. If something is genuinely broken on our side, we will make it right regardless of the calendar.

Why we do it this way

You already saw your entire archive for free before paying. If the paid formats still let you down, arguing about it would cost us more in goodwill than the refund is worth.
